About Us
Buy Fresh Buy Local Nebraska (BFBLN) is working to strengthen Nebraska's food systems ... food systems made up of many elements. Our virtual network includes Nebraska's farmers, ranchers, fishers, and food producers as well as farmers' markets, community-supported agriculture, restaurants, retailers, and institutions that sell and serve food. We are a member-based organization that provides promotion, education outreach, and technical assistance to agriculturists & businesses connected to local foods. BFBLN secures grants to promote and increase sales of local foods across the state. BFBL is also the state's supporting partner in the National Farm to School program.
