About Us

Tucked away in Southwest Nebraska, DiAnna Larson brings heart, creativity, and a touch of farm charm to her work through her brand DiAnna Larson and Charlie the Barn Cat. What started in 2016 as a fun way to pass the time at work — jotting down stories about a mischievous little kitten — eventually became something more. In 2021, DiAnna took the leap and submitted her first children’s book, and just like that, Charlie the Barn Cat was ready to make her debut in homes and hearts everywhere.

DiAnna has written two wholesome, family-friendly children's books, each one inspired by the real-life antics of Charlie — the curious barn cat with a knack for finding trouble and making people smile. Her stories are grounded in the simple joys of rural life and meant to bring families together through laughter, imagination, and a little feline mischief.

In addition to her books, DiAnna also handcrafts beautiful crochet pieces. Each item is made with care and creativity — a reflection of her passion for storytelling and handmade work. Whether it’s a cozy blanket or a charming toy, her creations are made to be treasured.
