A session in the EES is a gentle, non-invasive, holistic wellness experience that combines science with consciousness to support the body's innate healing potential. In a serene living room like setting, clients simply relax while sitting or lying in reclining chairs. Clients should plan to rest, meditate, listen to music, or a quiet activity that doesn’t completely engage the conscious mind in order to receive the most benefit from the session. Upon completion of a session, clients report increased flexibility, reduced inflammation, better sleep, reduced stress, and increased mental clarity.
