About Us

For 20 years, the Parthenon Greek Grill & Taverna operated as a traditional brick-and-mortar Greek Restaurant in Lincoln, Nebraska. Serving up authentic Greek cuisine and incorporating exciting new food trends and high-quality ingredients, this restaurant became a community staple and a Lincoln family favorite.

In 2022, the Parthenon closed its doors — but only as a dine-in restaurant! Now operating as The Parthenon Catering, Mike and George Kazas have transformed their business model into something portable, sustainable, and as delicious as it ever was.

The Parthenon’s evolution also includes the Kouzina food truck, which serves classic meals from the restaurant alongside fresh, new seasonal featured items. This truck is available for events, and is also positioned at a variety of businesses each week.
